Meet Toufic, a proud Palestinian-American immigrant who transformed the American Dream into a remarkable reality. Arriving in this country with a spirit fueled by hard work, he began his journey as a valet driver in Galveston, TX. Through unwavering determination, he turned humble beginnings into a thriving restaurant business.
MOHAMMAD "MOE" ELSAADI
Meet Moe, a Palestinian-American entrepreneur who, after earning an engineering degree, chose to redefine success by taking the helm of his family's restaurant. Inspired by the persistent work ethic of his father, he has tirelessly contributed to the growth and success of the restaurant. Moe not only oversees the daily operations but also spearheaded the expansion, proudly introducing a second location in 2021.
